Bigwheel's World Famous Prize Winning Hog Dogs

1 lb of good weenies (Ballpark brand works fine)
1 can Wolf Brand Chili
1 chopped onion
1/4 jar Pace Hot Picante Sauce
1/2 can Del Monte sour kraut (drained)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pack Hamburger buns
Frenches Mustard

Mix the chili with the Picante sauce and let it be heating up very gentle.
Meanwhile..split the weenies length wise and fry them in a little cooking
oil till they brown up (griddle works best..big skillet next best). Drain on
papers towels but keep em warm. Brown up the buns and get em crunchy. Douse
the buns with mustard...put about 3 half wennies on each bun bottom..add the
chili and condiments to suit yoursef. You can also only use one bun half and
a fork if you into one of the low card diet deals. You can also sub
hotlinks or some kind of yankee sausage for the weenies..but it aint near as
good. If you are a tight wad and buy the little small cheap buns...You can
also cut the weenies in half crosswise if that make em fit the bun better.

Well I knew you give up the ghost, and share. Now, I gots a question
regarding Wolfs Brand Chili. Sure as shinola, this be a key ingredient, but
hate to break the news, it aint available in yankeeland. Let me guess, it's
available thru you, for a slight fee.:)
Sure do look like a prize winner with that kraut, cept I never drain the
stuff.

Any kind chili should work just fine. Home made outta be a killer too for
the industrious types. Think I made it with Hormel one time..and it was
really a little closer to the original than wolf brand. Just dont forget
the Picante sauce..thats the important part. Now I aint speaking of
"rinsing" the kraut..I mean just get the water off of it...so it dont make
your dog soggy. I aint a kraut rinser.
